Radio Heatherwood gets a Christmas gift of £1000 towards the talk talk
project. Barry Moor a volunteer on Saturdays has through his employers
secured the donation. This is the best present Radio Heatherwood could
receive. The radio service will now be able to move the project forward in
2005.
Radio Heatherwood has recently received a donation of £500 in support of the radio
service from the Victoria Hall Trust. The trust has sponsored the stations
broadcast licence from Ofcom for the past 16 years. This coming year the
trust has generously agreed to sponsor the Annual PPL licence.
The trust says " The trustees wish you and your volunteers continued
success with your valuable service to the community of Heatherwood "
The radio volunteers are indebted to the trust for their help and support.
Radio Heatherwood has received a donation of £250 in support of the radio
service from Crowthorne Rotary. Over the years the generosity of the local
Rotary clubs has been instrumental in allowing the radio service to
continue at Heatherwood. Our thanks go out to all their members and
supporters for their continued support.
